Artist Rendering of Reeves Farm Pittsboro

THOUGHTFUL GROWTH.
PITTSBORO HEART.

Just down the road from historic downtown Pittsboro, Reeves Farm Pittsboro will be a place to live, work and gather.

Artist rendering. Subject to change.

This thoughtfully planned neighborhood will be rooted in what was once the Reeves Dairy Farm—previously stewarded by Tom Reeves and his wife Jean.

In alignment with their vision for the farm's future, Reeves Farm Pittsboro is dedicated to creating spaces for growth while preserving Pittsboro’s best qualities—warmth, community and connectedness.

LIFESTYLE MEETS LOCATION

Pittsboro thrives on balance and connection. Located in the heart of Chatham County, it combines small town charm with easy access to Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham and Greensboro. Here, world class universities, healthcare and job centers are as accessible as walking trails, artisan markets and a walkable downtown.

Turning Land Into Legacy

In 2022, Keller Development and Holmes Legacy Partners acquired the land for Reeves Farm Pittsboro, approaching stewardship with an eye toward responsible growth. Committed to creating places that last, these two entities have been navigating this complex project by cultivating deep, local relationships and building for long-term community value. They know the right project built the right way can transform a piece of land into a legacy.

The opportunity to entangle ourselves into the vibrant, fun spirit of Pittsboro is an exciting opportunity for our team, our new residents and new commercial partners.  Being able to blend into a creative walkable environment, showcasing the wonderful natural fabric of the site and layering in experiences within the community is a goal we set and hope to present.

JODY LEIDOLF

Manager, Holmes Legacy Partners

"Reeves Farm Pittsboro is a legacy project for Buddy and me. The town is a part of pivotal memories and meaningful moments for both of us. Building something that we are proud of and that contributes positively to Pittsboro’s future is a mission and privilege that we do not take lightly."

CARTER KELLER

Keller Development

"I grew up in Pittsboro in the 1960s and ’70s, and back then, thought the world revolved around our little town. It was a close-knit, rural community where everyone knew each other. Today, Pittsboro has the same charm, and it’s more vibrant than ever, full of new faces and fresh energy. When the Reeves farm property became available, I saw an opportunity to help shape the town’s future and had one goal in mind: to help make Pittsboro the coolest place to live in America. And it’s well on its way."
